It is the order, judgment and decree of this court that This matter comes before the Court by way of probation officer Griffith. She informs the Court the defendant, Curtis King, has complied with wearing the SCRAM alcohol monitor and has been reporting as ordered by the probation department. Probation Officer Griffith recommends the alcohol monitor be removed and the hearing scheduled reference his pending probation violation be continued to allow the defendant time to show further compliance with probation. The recommendation is well taken. Therefore, it is the order of the Court that the revocation hearing scheduled for 11/18/21 at 9:00am be continued approximately 60 days.
